Посадова інструкція

  • Слідкуйте за спеціальною електронною поштою для доставки додому

  • Зателефонуйте домогосподарствам і напишіть їхній запит на замовлення їжі у формі доставки додому

    • Потрібно бути доступним щосереди щонайменше чотири (4) години

  • Підтримуйте індивідуальні торгові форми, по одній на кожен місяць, і оновлюйте позиції за потреби

  • Підтримуйте та оновлюйте список для щотижневих дзвінків, діліться з командою HD і друкуйте для використання в середу

  • Надрукуйте наступне: етикетки для водіїв, пекарні, продукції та морозильника/холодильника

  • Готуйте звіти для засідань Правління екуменічної харчової комори Норвуда

Обов'язки також можуть включати:

  • Допомога в упаковці доставки в четвер і суботу вранці

  • Навчіть нових волонтерів обов’язкам і правилам доставки додому

На цю волонтерську посаду потрібні:

  • Здатність читати, писати та чітко говорити англійською особисто та по телефону

  • Постійне відвідування щотижня

  • Здатність використовувати програмне забезпечення (або мати бажання та здатність пройти навчання), наприклад: Gmail, Google Sheets або Excel, програмне забезпечення для друку етикеток і документів.

The Ecumenical Community Food Pantry of Norwood, Inc. I understand that the volunteer Executive Director position requires the ability to lift 50lbs and/or stand, bend, kneel or squat. In addition, the position requires visual acuity sufficient to read food labels, expiration dates and data on computer screens. The volunteer Executive Director must follow direction from the Norwood Food Pantry Board Executive team. All volunteer positions at the Norwood Food Pantry are “at will” and may be terminated at any time by either party. The volunteer Executive Director position requires the ability to consistently work Saturdays, weekday mornings, and occasional evenings.


I WAIVE, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE Norwood Food Pantry from any and all liability, including, but not limited to: liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons, for my disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me.


By applying to the volunteer Executive Director Volunteer application, I hereby certify that the answers given by me during the selection process are true and correct without reservation and hereby authorize the Norwood Food Pantry to verify same. If an opportunity is obtained under this application, I will comply with all orders, rules, and regulations of the Norwood Food Pantry. Unless otherwise noted in this document, I authorize the Norwood Food Pantry to verify information I have provided during the selection process regarding former employers, volunteer organizations and educational institutions. If upon review, anything contained in my statements are found to be untrue, I understand that I will be subject to dismissal at anytime. If this application leads to a Norwood Food Pantry volunteer opportunity, I understand that I may undergo a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) background check.  I understand that any false or misleading information in my application/interview or criminal record may result in my release.
