Donate Food

The Norwood Food Pantry remains committed to the health, safety and well-being of our clients and volunteers during these unprecedented times. In response to recommendations by the CDC, the Greater Boston Food Bank and most importantly for the safety of the community, we have transitioned to pre-packaged bags containing essential non-perishable items augmented with perishable items such as milk, cheese, eggs, produce and meat selections.

At this time, we are requesting that any monetary donations be made to the Greater Boston Food Bank: -to-give/

Winter Food Donations

Managing donations during the winter is challenging! To ensure the food you are donating does not freeze, we are requesting that you drop off items at 150 Chapel St. between 9 am and 12 noon on Wed, Thurs or Fri when a staff member can bring them inside.

If you wish to drop off a large donation (more than three bags) or wish to drop off at a different time, please email us at to schedule an appointment. We are unable to accommodate large donations without an appointment.

At this time we are only accepting donations for the items listed below to include in our Grab-n-Go bags. If you are interested in running a food drive- click here.
