about US
The Ecumenical Community Food Pantry of Norwood is run 100 percent by volunteers!
We are located at 150 Chapel Street in Norwood. The entrance is at the back of the Grace Episcopal Church. Parking is available.
The Ecumenical Community Food Pantry of Norwood, Inc. serves over 350 families in the towns of Norwood and Westwood. We encourage clients to use the pantry as a stepping stone toward independence. All clients are treated with respect and dignity, and services are confidential.
The Pantry opened its doors at Grace Episcopal Church on May 6, 1989 serving six clients. Since that time, the pantry has served over 2,500 families.
The pantry Board of Directors is comprised of elected officers, appointed members, and representatives from each of the participating churches and synagogue.
